Candle Safety Information

In order to get the most from your candle, please read the following guidelines. Taking care of your scented candle will help to ensure that it lasts for the maximum possible time and the scent remains consistent.

When you burn your candle for the first time, allow it to burn for at least 2 hours until the wax has melted to the very edge of the glass. This full burn will ensure the candle burns evenly down the glass and lasts for as long as possible.

Never burn a candle for more than 3 to 4 hours at a time.

Always trim the wick before you burn your candle. This will prevent a black rim from appearing at the top of the jar.

Never leave a candle unattended.

Keep burning candles away from children and pets.

Avoid burning in drafts such as open windows.

Allow candle to cool before trimming wick or relighting.

Never extinguish candle with water.

Make sure candle is placed on a stable heat resistant level surface.

Wax Melt Safety Information

Keep melted wax away from children and pets, always within sight and never unattended. Wax will remain hot after tea light has been extinguished or your burner has been switched off. Always ensure that you do not over fill your wax melt bowl. Burners get hot, do not move until it has completely cooled down.
